Welcome to LinguaSphere, your premier online language school in India. These Terms govern your course enrollments, website usage, and interactions with our platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Students must be 18 years or older to enroll. Minors may use our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Corporate training programs may have separate verification requirements.

Enrollment Requirements

Students must provide accurate contact and billing information. We reserve the right to verify information for all enrollments.

Students are responsible for having a suitable device and a stable internet connection for online classes. Group class schedules are fixed, while individual class timings are subject to tutor availability.

Course and Tutor Availability

While we strive to offer a wide range of courses, we reserve the right to cap class sizes or temporarily mark courses as full. Tutor availability may vary, and we recommend booking individual sessions in advance.

Fees & Pricing

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept various secure payment methods. Pricing varies by course type (group vs. individual), duration, and language proficiency level.

Schedule Changes & Cancellations

Rescheduling of individual classes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of the class credit. Group class schedules are not subject to change.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds for course packages may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no classes have been attended. Individual class credits are non-refundable once the session is completed or missed without proper notice. All requests require proof of purchase.

Intellectual Property & Platform Use

All course materials, including lesson plans, videos, and exercises, are the intellectual property of LinguaSphere. Unauthorized recording, distribution, or resale of our course materials or class sessions is strictly prohibited.

Liability

While we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience, students are responsible for their own learning progress and active participation. We are not liable for technical issues arising from a student's personal hardware, software, or internet connection.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Bangalore, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Policy Updates

Revised Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students.
